These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of digital resources sold by Kindly Structured, the sole proprietor brand identified above. By purchasing or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Products and license

Kindly Structured sells downloadable educational resources for parents and caregivers. A purchase grants one customer a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, print, and use the purchased materials within that customer's household. Resources may not be copied for resale, shared publicly, uploaded to another platform, distributed to other households or organizations, or modified and represented as a new product. Schools, clinics, and other organizations must obtain separate permission before distributing copies beyond the purchasing household.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Paddle processes payment and acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through this website. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and available payment methods are determined and displayed during checkout. An order is complete only after Paddle confirms payment.

Educational purpose

Kindly Structured materials provide general parent education. They do not provide a diagnosis, individualized treatment, medical advice, psychological services, legal advice, or educational services. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Results depend on individual circumstances, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Responsible use

You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for your family and for using it safely. If you are concerned about a child's development, mood, behavior, sleep, health, or safety, contact an appropriate licensed professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Ownership

The website, branding, written content, worksheets, graphics, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Kindly Structured and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights transfer with a purchase.

Availability and limitations

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and downloads available and accurate. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindly Structured is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or resources. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Refund Policy

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right required by applicable law. Paddle may also review refund requests under its buyer terms and policies. If you are charged more than once for the same order, receive the wrong product, or cannot access a purchased file because of a verified delivery problem, use the support information in your purchase confirmation promptly so the issue can be investigated. When a refund is legally required or otherwise approved, it will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

Privacy Notice

Information we collect

Paddle collects and processes the payment, billing, tax, and contact information needed to complete your transaction. Kindly Structured does not receive or store your full payment card number. Kindly Structured may receive limited order information such as your email address, purchased product, transaction identifier, payment status, and related support communications when needed to verify the order and provide access.

If you request a free guide or join the email list, Kindly Structured stores the email address you provide, the resource you requested, and the date of your consent. This information is used to deliver the requested resource and send occasional practical parenting emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

How information is used

Information is used to process and verify purchases, deliver resources, prevent fraud, maintain site security, respond to support requests, satisfy legal obligations, and protect the rights of customers and Kindly Structured. Personal information is not sold. Marketing messages are sent only when the recipient has provided the consent required by law.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by Paddle and by hosting, security, and technical service providers only as needed to operate the store and fulfill purchases. These providers apply their own privacy and retention practices. Order information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Billing and transaction requests involving information controlled by Paddle should be submitted through Paddle's buyer support. Product access questions should be submitted using the support information provided with your purchase confirmation. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. After Paddle confirms payment, the order confirmation page provides a secure download link for the purchased guide or bundle. No physical item is shipped. Customers should download the files promptly and save a personal copy. A purchase confirmation or receipt may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Changes to these policies

Kindly Structured may update these policies to reflect changes in products, operations, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
